WC-12Ni is a WC based,agglomerated sintered powder,
It's contains 12% nickel for excellent corrosion resistance,abrasion and sliding wear.
WC-Ni coatings’ have higher hardness but lower toughness,while better corrosion resistance than WC-Co,
So its widely used for ball valves,gate valves,oil field equipment,as well as used in radio-active environments.
