Cr3C2-20NiCr are spheroidal, agglomerat-ed and sintered powders for thermal spray,

that contain 80 % chromium carbide as a hard, wear-resistant phase

and nickel – 20 % chromium matrix that serves several purposes.

Reunion sintering gray/black spherical or nearly spherical particles of powder;

Max. operating temperature 870 °C

Resistance to sliding wear, abrasive wear and erosion wear, corrosion and wear, cavitation, corrosion resistance;

High temperature solid corrosion resistance, high temperature liquid corrosion and high temperature gas corrosion;

Mainly used in gas turbine, aviation engine, the valve stem, metallurgy, power generation boiler furnace roller

and hydraulic valves, etc.
